1. Landscaping (Declaration Art. IX, Sec. 12)
- Lawn substantially overgrown or chronically unmowed
- Weed growth pervasive or visually dominant in lawn or beds
- Dead or dying grass covering a substantial portion of the lawn

walkways, neighboring property, or street visibility
- Dead or dying trees or large shrubs left unaddressed
- Tree limbs creating an obvious structural or safety hazard
- Tree removed (6"+ diameter) without ARC approval

significant bare soil visible from street
- Major landscape modification made without ARC approval

- Address numbers missing, unapproved color, or completely illegible
- Unapproved mailbox style or design
4. Exterior (Declaration Art. IX, Secs. 2-3)
